Great WRC car – used Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI GSR.

The sixth generation of a world famous Lancer Evolution was introduced in 1999 and from the beginning it was clear for all that this machine is even better than its predecessor. The new regulations of WRC forced also some changes in the exterior of the car, but these were only minor. The used Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI GSR is still one of the most sought cars and the collectors are willing to pay really good prices for it.

For the engineers the above mentioned changes were the way to improve performance – the front air dam was now contained in the bumper silhouette and the rear spoiler’s size has been changed. This way the effective cooling area was improved, air resistance reduced and the down-force was maintained by making the rear spoiler a twin wing. But the most important thing of a used Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI GSR is its engine – a four cylinder, turbocharged unit delivering 276 horsepower. What is unique bout this plant is the fact that was the first engine in the world that was equipped with titanium-aluminium alloy turbine. The roll centre of a used Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI GSR is lowered to improve manoeuvrability and stability, and the four wheel drive type gives the driver even more control over the car.

As I remember I've always dreamed about Mini. This small, inconspicuous car was in my dreams since my childchood. I saw couple of them, the new one's, used one's. Once I even checked current prices for used Minis but I didn't have enough money to buy even a part of Mini. Maybe these cars are not so expensive, even thouhg I can only dream of them. Minis are still very stilish and I'm not the only one who wants to have it, drive it and feel good.
